She has conducted innumerable workshops and seminars thereby influencing and empowering the lives of thousands of them. The first workshop was organized by Bal Vikas Manch of Lokmat Group of Newspaper. It was a week-long workshop starting on 24th May, 2005 attended by approximately 75 students.   Some of the organizations and institutions benefited through her motivational talks were:   • Lokmat Group of Newspaper   Programs have been conducted for their children and ladies' wing Bal Vikas Manch and Sakhi Manch respectively. Also separate workshops have been organized for the senior professionals of the group including the editorial, marketing, technical, distribution tema of the Newspaper. • Raisoni group of Institutions   Programs have been conducted for their Computer Management, BBA and Physiotherapy Students. • Lata Mangeshkar Hospital, Nagpur   Workshop was conducted for their female doctors, nurses and superintendents on the occasion of women day. •Central Institute of Business Management & Research & Development (CIBMRD), Nagpur   Workshop conducted for the MBA students of CIBMRD on Entrepreneurship. • Jayaswals NECO Ltd   Seminar conducted for the management officials of Jayaswals NECO Ltd. • Shri Jain Shwetambar Terapanth Mahila Mandal, Kolkata   A Two day event was organized in which more than 150 women from all the branches of Terapanth Mahila Mandal, Kolkata had participated. • Maheshwari Sabha, Kolkata   Workshop was exclusively designed for teenagers in which more than 175 students between 14-22 yrs from various schools of Kolkata had participated. • Hindusthan Club, Kolkata   The Ladies' Wing of Hindusthan Club, Kolkata had organized the workshop for their members and guests. • Akhil Bhartiya Marwari Mahila Sammelan, Nagpur   Program conducted for girls between 15-25 yrs. • Akhil Bhartiya Terapanth Mahila Mandal   Workshop conducted in their All India Conference held at Bhimani, Haryana. It was attended by over 700 women from all across the country. • Workshop organized at Delhi for Professionals   Life Balance for all Professionals (CA, CS, Engineers, Doctors, IAS officers etc )in their 30s & 40s attended by around 75 professionals. • The Jain International School, Nagpur   Workshop was organized for TJIS Students which was followed up with Counselling Sessions. Mrs Jayaswal is also a member of the advisory committee of JIS, Nagpur. • Comet Media Foundation & YMCA   Workshop was organized for the secondary and higher secondary teachers on 'Getting the Students to Think which introduced the participants to the importance of thinking in learning. It guided the teachers how to make their students 'Thinkers' rather than 'Immitators' who just learn by rote. • Fullerton India (Subsidiary of Tamasaek Holdings, Singapore)   Workshop on Leadership & Motivation attended by the senior management of Fullerton India. • Institute of Company Secretary of India   Workshop on Positive Personality and Attitude was organized for the Company Secretary Students, Kolkata. • Institute of Chartered Accountant of India ICAI's Eastern India CA Student's Conference, 2007 was participated by 1200 Chartered Accountant Students in Kolkata wherein Ms Jayaswal delivered a motivational speech on Success Mantras • Subhash Project & Marketing Limited   Workshop organized for SPML's senior management for developing and enhancing their Leadership Potential. • National Institute of Fashion Designing Workshop on Personality enhancement was organized for the fashion students of  National Institute of Fashion Designing • Abhijeet Group Regular Workshops being organized for the Abhijeetians including value integration sessions.     Copyright@www.Sonal Jayaswal.com 2006-2007 Home | Registration | Contact Us | Privacy Policy | Site Map | Feedback
