‘My aim is to Empower Minds of masses by helping them discover and realize their reality, potential, strengths, opportunities and make them self sufficient and efficient to Plant their Seeds of Success.’ This is the mission of Mrs Sonal Jayaswal, a motivator, trainer, speaker and educationalist.

Mrs Jayaswal a much sought after motivational speaker and trainer has many feathers in her cap. She works to inspire and inform people, helping them realize their true potential. She is determined to take across her mission across the globe. She truly believes in empowering people as empowerment is one and only key to growth, success and happiness in one’s life. When one is capable enough and is able to utilize his strengths, potential and opportunities to his maximum then he receives maximum contentment in life. Sonal has conducted innumerable workshops and seminars attended by thoudands of people and was able to mark a difference in their lives. She is also touching the hearts and minds of thousands of them through her writing.

Hailing from a very spiritual family Sonal always had empathy, love and compassion towards one and all. Her parents gave her a strong sense of values and provided her with a firm footing so that she can accept life as it comes. She was fortunate enough to have an equally loving and encouraging In Laws and husband who provided her with all the support and direction. Her success is totally a result of their support, trust and confidence on her skills, capabilities & competencies.

A meritorious student throughout Sonal’s roots lie in the city of joy, city of Kolkata where she was born and brought up. She did her schooling from South Point high School and was among the toppers in her Class 10 Board examination securing 38th position in West Bengal. Thereafter she pursued Btech in Computers from Institute of Engineering and management, Kolkata and bagged a degree in Management from Lancaster University, UK. On returning Sonal joined her father Mr Santosh Jain as CEO of Ahimsaa Television, India’s first social channel (related to Aastha Television). Her tenure as a CEO gave her the opportunity to interact with lots of spiritual gurus, spiritual and social organizations and NGOs who had committed their life to the upliftment of the society. This actually shaped Sonal’s life when she decided to dedicate her life to the service of humanity. Currently Sonal is engaged as full-time Director of HR & Communications of Abhijeet Group along with working on her passion as a trainer and motivator.

Sonal truly believes that we are here for some purpose. We are not here just for mere existence rather we are here to enrich and improvise the world through our presence, vision, hope and achievement. Our goal should be to identify that purpose and lead a life to achieve it. That will give self actualization – eternal happiness. Problem is we are unable to realize our true potential and are not able to achieve what we are actually worthy of. Sonal’s mission in life is to empower people in their thoughts, deeds & action so that they can by themselves successfully ‘Plant their Seeds of Success.’
